Acceptance of Terms
Accessing or using the digital platform located at kerasal.com constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree to be bound by every provision, you must immediately discontinue all platform use and refrain from accessing it through any means. The operator reserves the right to modify, amend, supplement, or replace these terms at any time and for any reason, with modifications becoming effective upon publication to the platform. Your continued use following publication constitutes acceptance of those modifications, and you are responsible for periodically reviewing these terms.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether acting individually or as an authorized entity representative, and the platform operator. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are not barred from receiving services under applicable jurisdiction laws. The platform is intended for individuals who have attained the age of majority in their residence jurisdiction, and those below that age must obtain parental consent and supervision.
The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause and with or without prior notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability, shall continue in full force. Upon termination, you must cease all platform use and destroy any materials obtained from the platform.
Account Registration and Responsibilities
Creating an account on kerasal.com requires submission of registration information that is truthful, accurate, current, and complete in all material respects. You acknowledge that the operator relies on this accuracy when providing access, and any misrepresentation, falsification, or omission constitutes a material breach. You agree to promptly update registration information to maintain its accuracy throughout the account duration, and the operator may suspend or terminate accounts determined to have inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.
You bear sole and exclusive responsibility for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including password and any secondary authentication factors. You agree not to share credentials with any third party, not to use credentials employed on other services, and to notify the operator immediately upon awareness of unauthorized account access. All activities under your account, whether authorized or not, are your responsibility, and the operator shall not be liable for loss or damage from your failure to safeguard credentials.
Your account is personal and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any other person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, evade enforcement, manipulate reviews, or engage in deceptive practices. The operator reserves the right to reclaim any username determined to be confusing, misleading, or otherwise objectionable.
Intellectual Property Rights

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your ongoing compliance with these terms, the operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not authorize reproduction, duplication, copying, selling, reselling, renting, leasing, distributing, or exploiting any portion of the platform for any commercial purpose. You may not use automated or manual processes to monitor, copy, extract, or harvest content, and you may not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or derive source code of any software component.
Any content you upload, submit, publish, or display remains your property. By making content available through the platform, you grant the operator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid-up, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content in connection with platform operation and promotion. You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe, misappropriate, or violate any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or proprietary rights. The operator reserves the right to remove any content from the platform at any time and without prior notice.
Prohibited Activities
Your platform use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You are expressly prohibited from using the platform to transmit, distribute, or make available any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, libelous, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable. The operator cooperates with law enforcement authorities and reserves the right to disclose information to such authorities as deemed necessary.
You may not engage in any activity interfering with or disrupting platform functioning, servers, or networks. Prohibited activities include distributing malware or malicious code; conducting denial-of-service attacks; probing or scanning vulnerabilities without authorization; circumventing authentication or security measures; intercepting data transmissions; and using the platform to operate any illegal enterprise. You bear full responsibility for damage, loss, or liability arising from these violations.
You shall not use automated means including robots, crawlers, or scrapers to access, extract, or harvest data without express prior written authorization. You shall not forge or manipulate identifying headers in any communication. You shall not frame or mirror any platform portion into another website or service without consent. You shall not use the platform for any competitive purpose including benchmarking or competitive intelligence.
Dispute Resolution
The parties agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these terms or platform use shall first address through good-faith informal negotiation. The party asserting a claim shall provide written notice describing the nature and basis of the claim and the specific relief sought. Following receipt, the parties shall engage in meaningful discussions for a reasonable period to attempt resolution without formal proceedings. If unresolved through informal means, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution.
Any arbitration shall be held on an individual basis only. You and the operator expressly waive any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any representative proceeding. The arbitrator shall have no authority to consolidate claims or award relief beyond the individual party. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines the claim was frivolous, in which case reasonable fees may be awarded to the prevailing party.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. If any provision is found invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, with remaining provisions continuing in full effect. The platform is provided on an as-is, where-is, and as-available basis, and the operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the operator nor its affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from these terms or the use of kerasal.com. These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding platform use and supersede all prior agreements.
